"Let's Go" by Ni, Yu-Tang Won the First Prize, with a Bonus of NT$30,000 at Gangjuehaotai, Instagram Picture and Text Selection Activity

The Taiwan-Hong Kong Economic and Cultural Co-operation Council (THEC) organized the "Gangjuehaotai – Instagram Picture and Text Selection Activity", and an award ceremony was held recently. more than 200 works were submitted to participate in the selection, and a total of 30 works were shortlisted. "Let's Go" shot by Ni, Yu-Tang won the first prize, with a bonus of NT$30,000.

The "Gangjuehaotai - Instagram Picture and Text Selection Activity" invites friends and students from Hong Kong studying in Taiwan to showcase Taiwan's scenery from their point of view through pictures and texts with the theme of the journey to the secret places. In addition to having professional photographic talents, each piece of work reveals Taiwan's distinctive, little-known aspects via the eyes of Hong Kong acquaintances, from mountain and metropolitan street sceneries.

In the IG selection activity, 16 award-winning works were chosen after the preliminary and final selections by the expert jury; three well-liked works were chosen by online voting. A range of living styles and choices are the embodiment of Taiwan's values, which featured in the first prize, "Let's Go," aims to demonstrate these numerous lifestyles in the works.
