Starting from today until June 8th (Depending on the situation, the CECC will decide whether to extend), every migrant worker or overstayed foreign nationals who have been to Wanhua District or surrounding areas between April 21th and May 14th should get tested.
Taipei City Government will open four rapid testing stations in the Heping and Zhongxing branches of Taipei City Hospital, in West Garden Hospital, and at the Bopiliao Historic Block.
The inspection is free, and the relevant medical information will not be reported to the police. Migrant workers without valid working documents will not be punished or deported if they take rapid COVID-19 tests and treatment during this period.
