According to Chunghwa Post, the "emergency surcharge" is no longer accepted for any kind of international air mail; instead, 74 target nations and areas are presently able to receive and send export international express mail. Individuals are welcome to benefit from it and enjoy the ease of sending letters internationally.

Additionally, please proceed first for commodity mail sent to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong, and Japan Post. This includes international commodity express, international parcel, international e-packet, international registered small parcel, and international ordinary small parcel. After filling out the mail information and printing the delivery note and commercial invoice from the Chunghwa Post Global Information Network's "EZPost Online Delivery" homepage, proceed to the post office window to finish the delivery. To expedite the delivery process, the system will immediately forward the electronic customs clearance information (ITMATT) to the nation's postal service.
