1. Eligibility:

Taiwanese citizens, foreigners who have obtained Alien Permanent Resident Certificates, and people born before April 30, 2022, are eligible to receive the new vouchers. Unlike last year’s triple vouchers, the public can receive the NT$5,000 new vouchers directly without paying NT$1,000.

2. Denomination:

A set consists of 10 paper vouchers with denominations of three NT$1,000 coupons, two NT$500 coupons, and five NT$200 coupons. (The public cannot force the store to give change, but the store can decide whether to give change.)

3. When to make appointments and when to claim the vouchers:

For paper-vouchers, the convenience stores will start accepting appointments on September 25th and the vouchers will be issued on October 8^th. Post offices will accept appointments on October 4th and coupons can be claimed on October 12th. Digital format coupons (credit cards, electronic payments can be bound). Digital binding will start on September 22, 2021 and can be used starting on October 8, 2021.

4. Where to make an appointment?

Appointments for paper coupons can be made through the quintuple stimulus vouchers official website, convenience stores multi-function service machines, and post office appointment website. Digital binding can be done through the official website of the quintuple stimulus vouchers, or through the website, or the APP of digital payment providers (such as banks).

5. Where to get the vouchers?

Paper vouchers may be collected at convenience stores and post offices after making an appointment on their websites. After the appointment system is implemented for some time, the public may pick up the vouchers directly at the post office. Digital format vouchers can be bound to credit cards, electronic payments (such as Taiwan pay, Line Pay, street payment), Yo-Yo cards or all-in-one cards.

6. Scope of Application:

• How to get the 8 kinds of Extra-Bonus Vouchers?

Last year, the public had to register on various platforms, this year, only a single platform will be used to register for the draw. When people go to the stimulus vouchers official website to make an appointment or to digitally bind the vouchers, they can choose which kind of extra-bonus voucher they want to participate in for the draws. Each ministry will regularly announce the quota and lucky-draw time.

1. Domestic Travel Voucher: Each voucher has a face value of NT$1,000 and a total of 1.2 million vouchers are issued. The winners must purchase group travel itineraries, hotel accommodations, and tickets for amusement park areas from travel agencies.

2. Food Lover Vouchers: Each voucher has a face value of NT$500, limited to 4 million copies, which can be used in night markets, markets, pastry shops and dining establishments.

3. Agriculture Vouchers: Applicable to the 10 types of places such as leisure farms, sightseeing fish markets, forest recreational areas, recreational agricultural areas, and special themed agricultural tourism businesses. Each denomination is 888 yuan, with a total of 880,000 pieces in the first stage and 580,000 pieces in the second stage, totaling 1.46 million. One must spend NT$1,000 at the place where the agricultural travel ticket is used with an invoice as proof, to participate in the second stage of the draw.

4. Art FUN Vouchers: Applicable to art and literature, musical performances, bookstores, publishing industry, movie theaters and online domestic art and literature. Each bonus voucher has a face value of NT$600 and is estimated to issue 3 million vouchers. The vouchers will be issued in both digital and paper format. The paper vouchers are issued to people over 65 years old, those under 18 years old or those who have a certificate of disability.

5. Hakka Vouchers: Each voucher has a face value of NT$500, with a total of 400,000 copies. Applicable to restaurants, homestays, pharmacies, and retail stores marked with the "Designated Stores with Hakka Voucher" badge.

6. Sports coupons: Each voucher has a value of NT$500, and with a total of 2 million vouchers. It is suitable for use at sporting events, at sports centers or gyms, and to buy sports equipment.

7. Regional Revitalization vouchers: May be used at businesses related to local revitalization and cooperation networks.

8. i-Yuan vouchers: can only be used at Indigenous-run businesses certified by the Council of Indigenous Peoples (CIP) such as handicraft shops, catering shops, and special agricultural products shops.
