Cultural group Panday Sining recently drew the indignation from the public for damaging a newly painted school wall and again placed graffitis which is a poster of President Rodrigo Duterte featuring swastika signs scribbled near the LRT Carriedo Station during a protest march on Saturday in Manila.

Another militant group Anakbaya has confirmed in its twitter post on 30 November that Panday Sining was in charge of the posters.
Panday Sining was among the several groups that organized a protest march during the 156th birth anniversary of Andres Bonifacio, who is from the United States Embassy in Manila. Most of rallyists who caused heavy traffic on the roads to Recto Avenue in Manila, are from so-called militant organizations whose demands was the end of the alleged “Chinese and US intervention in the country.
Posters show: “ "Sagot sa Martial Law, Digmang Bayan. Ibagsak ang pahirap, pasista, tuta na rehimeng US-Duterte" and "Kabataan sumapi sa NPA (New People's Army)" and stirred up rebellion among the youth were raised.
The Communist Party of the Philippines-NPA is defined as a terrorist group by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
