Taiwan set December 18 as the Migrants Day in 2011. Entering its 10th anniversary, the Pingtung Government has the opportunity to cooperate with the central government to plan a large-scale celebration, demonstrating the enthusiasm of the newly settled new immigrants in south Taiwan, which is extraordinarily meaningful to all of us.
