The Hsinchu City Government, in collaboration with the Women's Center and the Foreign Spouse Care Association(外籍配偶關懷協會), organized a l New Immigrants Life Adaptation Counseling Class from May 28 to July 9 in order to aid their integration into Taiwanese society. The program included scheduled outdoor studies in addition to its emphasis on enhancing life adaptability. The event is free to attend, includes activities, lunch, and childcare, and registration is currently open.

Over 10,000 new immigrants have moved to Hsinchu City, according to the director of Department of Civil Affairs of Hsinchu City Government. They organize new immigrants' adaptation counseling workshops, occupational training courses, and literacy programs each year to aid the new immigrants in swiftly adjusting to linguistic and cultural differences. Allow new immigrants from across the world to experience the warmth of Taiwan.

The Department of Civil Affairs of Hsinchu City Government announced that it will keep holding life adaptation counseling sessions for new immigrants and has entrusted the Hsinchu City Community College and the Foreign Spouse Care Association to help provide more language learning, parenting classes, and other courses. Additionally, the amount of class hours might serve as evidence of naturalization.
