According to statistics from the National Immigration Agency (NIA, 移民署), as of June 2021, there are 568,762 new immigrants in Taiwan. Even if the new immigrants are only a small part of the population of Taiwan, with the active promotion and assistance of the NIA, more and more migrants finally choose to settle in Taiwan. The new immigrants have become an indispensable ethnic group in Taiwan and are no longer considered a disadvantaged group by others. The new immigrants turn the help that they received into strength and will pass on this love.
