A promotional video for Taiwan's image called "Time For Taiwan" highlights Taipei 101, karaoke, and the island's variety of cuisines. Travelers may experience "fun and safety" around the clock any time of day or night, anywhere in Taiwan, since "Taiwan is both convenient and convenient." To ensure that everyone can see the entire film and find the easter eggs in it, President Tsai Ing-wen also shared the video in her posts on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly known a Twitter).

According to the Executive Yuan, "Time For Taiwan" was concurrently issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, and the Ministry of Transport's Tourism Administration, in cooperation with numerous embassies, offices, and ministries nationwide. Themed with "how to spend a day in Taiwan," the video was filmed in Keelung, Taipei, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Hualien, and other locations. Its message to international visitors was that "Taiwan is fun, safe, and convenient 24 hours a day."

Through the night market, Taiwan's distinctive food is presented in the video. The stunning landscape of Taiwan, encircled by mountains and oceans, is showcased through mountain yoga, camping, and stand-up paddling. Taiwan's convenience and safety are highlighted by scenes such as karaoke, night jogging, night markets, nightclubs, and convenience stores. Among these, nightclubs feature drug queen shows to portray Taiwan's diverse values. The video also offers other transportation for getting about Taiwan, including bicycles, skateboards, trekking, light rail, and high-speed train.

This English-dubbed video showcases Taiwan's tourist potential to a global audience with multilingual subtitles in English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian.
