Taiwan, according to Rosa, a model migrant worker from the Philippines, has grown to be her second home

Twenty model migrant workers from Hsinchu City received awards from the mayor of Hsinchu in front of migrant workers from all around Taiwan. Rosa and Jeff, two Filipino migrant workers, were chosen as Hsinchu City's "model migrant workers" for their hard work and dedication. There are around 17,000 migrant workers in Hsinchu City, according to the Department of Labor Affairs Hsinchu City Government. They play a significant role in maintaining Hsinchu City's economic success, growth, and social stability.

Jeff is a Philippine native. For his exceptional labor, the Ministry of Labor recognized him as a national model migrant worker. Jeff is a Philippine native. In his profession, he takes it seriously and responsibly. For his exceptional labor, the Ministry of Labor recognized him as a national model migrant worker. Hsinchu City gave Jeff a special award in appreciation, hoping that his actions would serve as an example for other migrant workers in Taiwan.

Rosa, another migrant worker from the Philippines, was chosen as a model migrant worker in Hsinchu City. She has spent the last 15 years working there. Rosa approaches her profession with great seriousness and vigor. She also took wonderful care of the Mrs. Chen who had Parkinson's illness. Rosa's employer and employer's family have come to trust her because of her hard work. Taiwan, according to Rosa, has grown to be her second home.

Rosa expressed her gratitude to her employer for showing her love and respect and making her feel at home. Rosa gained Chinese language proficiency and emergency medical training while working in Taiwan. She also passed the Chinese language test and even sought to become an intermediate technical worker in the hopes of working here permanently.

Rosa also expressed her emotions while stating how terrible life is in her birthplace in the Philippines. Many migrant workers come from many nations and carry the burdens and obligations of their families. These courageous migrant workers struggle hard in Taiwan for a better life. It is important to recognize dedication and commitment. She hopes that in the future, a better setting and set of circumstances will be offered so that migrant workers may live and work in Taiwan without worry.
