On May 26, 2019, Teacher Li Cai-lian (李采蓮), the owner of Jingqi Dance Studio, the legislator Lin Li-chan Service Office, and the Taiwan New Immigrant Development and Exchange Association held dancing flash mob charity event “Put down your mobile phone, dance youth, life is more brilliant” at Huatan, Changhua and Xinwuri Railway Stations.
The performances include 18 kindergarten and elementary school dancers bringing everyone a vibrant dance [vigorous], there is also a performance from a new resident performance group (Jie En Dance group) that the member include Chinese, Indonesia and Vietnamese new residents. Full of activities and wonderful performances, travelers can stop and enjoy the show, which highlights the theme of the event, so that everyone can put down the mobile phone to appreciate the beautiful things around them, and bring people closer to each other.
The first new resident legislator, Lin Li-chan also strongly supported the event. She thanked teacher Li Cai-lian for her long-term care for the new residents and led the sisters to do such a meaningful public welfare flash dance. Liang Jin-ni (梁金妮), chairman of Taiwan New Immigrant Development and Exchange Association also participated in the dancing flash mob, let the beauty of the new resident sisters can be seen by Taiwanese. In the performance, an 88-year-old grandmother followed the flash dance group from Huatan Station to Changhua Station and to Xinwuri Station. Along the way, the rhythm of clapping hands and joyful atmosphere attracted many travelers around. Liang said that this dancing flash mob is really a shining traveler and more shining new residents.
She also thanked Huatan Railway Station, Changhua Railway Station and Xinwuri Railway Station for providing venues and assistance. On the same day, the director Shao of Changhua Railway Station also arranged a railway safety teaching experience to let children and new residents understand the public safety experience.
