Parents often feel exhausted when faced with a child who cries endlessly and has difficulty falling asleep. In fact, through simple acupoint massage, you can help your children fall asleep and make the night more peaceful. When massaging, the force should be moderate and not too strong to avoid counter-effects.Teach parents to massage the two acupuncture points of their children to help stabilize their minds and help them fall asleep. To stabilize the mind, press Shenmen point
When a child is emotional and crying, you can massage the Shenmen point to help calm the mind. This acupoint is located between the fingers next to the little finger and extends to the depression on the inside of the wrist crease. Use the thumb pads to gently press the left and right hands for 3 to 5 minutes each to help soothe the child's mood.

To help you fall asleep, press Neiguan point
If the child has difficulty falling asleep, Neiguan point is a good helper for parents. Neiguan point is located three finger widths above the midpoint of the wrist crease, between two tendons. Pressing the left and right hands with the thumb pads for 3 to 5 minutes each can help the child fall asleep peacefully and eliminate worries at night.

These two simple massage methods can not only help children relax, but also reduce parenting stress for parents. Give it a try!
