The largest employment expo in Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Region will take place on July 1st and is jointly organized by the Hsinchu City Government, Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor (Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Regional Branch), and Hsinchu Science Park. This year, more than 5,000 job openings were distributed by 72 manufacturers. In order to motivate job seekers and career changers to take part in job matching, they will have the chance to win iPad10 and grand prizes like Switch Lite if they attend the employment expo and join interviews.

The manufacturers taking part in the 2023 Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Region TaiwanJobs Employment Fair (2023台灣就業通桃竹苗地區就業博覽會) span four key industries: the semiconductor industry, manufacturing industry, service industry, and health industry. These manufacturers include several top semiconductor companies, catering groups, and medical product companies from various fields. Five main topics are also planned for participants to experience throughout the job fair.
Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor (Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Regional Branch) advises job seekers to use TaiwanJobs' "employment matching system" to log in and finish the registration process, after which they will receive a registration number, in order to reduce the time required for on-site interviews.
