The Health Promotion Administration, MOHW reminds the ublic to take care of their health as temperature drops due to the cold front passing and the slight enhancement of the northeast monsoon. This is especially important for the high-risk group of people having chronic diseases.

The weather is getting colder, and the diurnal air temperature variation will be large as well. The public is reminded to prepare warm clothes and put them beside the bed before sleeping.

Whether you wake up in the toilet in the middle of the night or in the morning, remember to exercise your limbs in bed or perform stretching and warm-up exercises to promote blood circulation in the body.
