The "2023 Asia Arts Festival - Korea Month" got underway with a formal launch at the National Palace Museum. 42 sets of Korean costumes, spanning from old palace to current styles, were delivered by a Korean professional team for the opening ceremony, giving the public a thorough grasp of Korean historical aesthetics.

Since 2017, the "Asia Arts Festival" has been hosted on the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum, with a different nation featured each year. "Korea" is the topic for this year. They organize Korean World Heritage themed exhibitions, including film, culinary, art, and creative courses, Taiwan-Korea cultural exchange talks, and other events, in addition to bringing Korean professional teams to perform in Taiwan.

The Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival for this year will be on exhibit through October 29th, according to the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum. One individual with a Korean passport or residency permit and other supporting documentation can enter the event free of charge.
