Ming Chuan University-Kinmen Branch (銘傳大學-金門分部) held the "Handmade Baking Course" (烘焙手作培訓課程) for two consecutive days from August 28th to 29th. To allow interested people to concentrate on learning, children's reading activities are also organized during the course. People over 18 years old and new immigrants can sign up. From now until August 22, the registration of new immigrants will be given priority, and registration for the public will start from August 23. Each session is limited to 30 people, and each person is limited to one session. All applications should be done online, “here".

The Kinmen branch of Ming Chuan University stated that the national epidemic has gradually slowed down, and various courses have resumed. This "hand-made baking course" is divided into two sessions (time: 08:00 to 17:00). The first session is on August 28. The course lessons include raw toast, chocolate bean bread, dacquoise, and blueberry bagels. The second session is on August 29. The lessons include cinnamon rolls, pork floss bread, sour cabbage salty cakes, and pork pie. During the course, the children's reading activities will be organized, and Ming Chuan students will teach and accompany the children, and have some golf activity, so students who are interested to participate in the course can learn with no worries.

The event starts from now until August 22 and "new immigrants" are welcome to sign up. Registration for the public starts from August 23 and is open to registrants over 18 years old. The organizer reminded that with the current epidemic situation, all students must wear masks, measure body temperature, and implement relevant regulations during classes. The "Handmade Baking Course" has a limit of 30 people per session, and each person can register for one session. All registrations are made online, with priority given to new immigrants until slots are full.
