Indonesian gov't to regulate traffic during festival of breaking fast

To control the spread of Covid-19, on April 23, Indonesian Ministry of Transportation announced a series of traffic control measures that have been carried out between April 24 and May 31, including roads, railway, shipping, and aviation,

Given that the Indonesian government has reinforced its disease control measures, the government will extend its bans on foreigners' entry and oblige all its citizens returning from other countries. Indonesian airlines may adjust their flights at any time during the epidemic. Hence, Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on all Indonesian citizens to check if their flights are canceled and pay attention to local regulations in Indonesia.

If Taiwanese nationals need help in Indonesia, please call Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Indonesia at +62-811-984-676 (0811-984-676) or Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Surabaya at +62-822-5766-9680 (0822-5766-9680). The Emergency Contact Center of the MOFA: 0800-085-095
