Kaohsiung Municipal Siaogang Hospital jointly organize a donation activity with President Chain Store to deliver collected milk and tangyuan to Chung Cheng Elementary School and shared to the disadvantaged groups in school to welcome a new year happily.
Remoteness occurs firstly when the issue of caring for disadvantaged groups is mentioned, since the perception of the remote villages is extremely inconvenient transportation for the remote location in mountains which cause serious resource shortages. Little do they know that in the highly developed and bustling cities, predicaments like remote villages exist too. This kind of alternative rural areas are disadvantaged groups living in the corners of the city. They belong to the fringe areas of the city which made them easily forgotten and ignored by others and could hardly receive any resource and help for mental health.
