Tainan will host "LUCfest 2023" from November 3–5. The full lineup of performances for this year was just released by the organizer. Every year, "LUCfest 2023" will select a nation to represent as the theme of the music festival. With a population of about 300 million, the organizers stated that this year's theme will be "Indonesia." As a result, eight Indonesian musical groups, including lead vocalist Hindua of the band, .Feast and singer Isyana Sarasvati, would be performing. Furthermore, this year has exceptional musicians from several nations, such as the Vietnamese group Quyếch, the Filipino folk ensemble Munimuni, the Thai vocalist Numcha, the Korean girl group NewJeans' producer DJ 250, and the renowned Japanese artist KIRINJI. Taiwan is represented in the show by Cicada, Jerry Li, Haoting Huang, Wendy Wander, イルカポリス (海豚刑警), and various vocal ensembles and bands.
