When buying or renting a house, it's important not only to consider the location and price but also to pay attention to Feng Shui, which is a crucial factor that should not be overlooked. Good Feng Shui can enhance the residents’ fortunes, while bad Feng Shui may lead to a continuous decline in luck. Feng Shui expert Master Xiao Meng shares four major Feng Shui taboos to avoid when buying or renting a house, helping you stay away from properties that may bring bad luck.

Electric Towers and Electric Wire Sha Energy
If there are too many electric towers or wires in front of or around your home, whether you live in an apartment or a detached house, these electromagnetic waves can negatively affect health and fortune. This is especially true if your living floor is parallel to the electric wires, and you can see them through your window. Such an environment may not only cause neurological weakness and increase the risk of cancer, but it can also lead to family tensions, making it difficult to maintain harmony.

Water Tower Facing the House Entrance
Many buildings have water towers on their rooftops. Master Xiao Meng warns that if your windows face a water tower, it violates the Feng Shui taboo of the "Medicine Jar Sha." The shape of a water tower resembles a medicine jar, symbolizing endless illness and medication, making it easy for those living in such an environment to encounter frequent health problems. To maintain good health, it's best to avoid houses like this.

MRT Station Right at Your Doorstep
Living near an MRT station is convenient, but Master Xiao Meng points out that if the residence is within 200 meters of the station, the excessive noise can disturb your routine, causing "Noise Sha." In this situation, residents may feel physically and mentally exhausted, which can negatively affect their luck. If you prefer a house near the MRT, it is recommended to hire a designer to enhance the soundproofing effect to reduce the negative impact.

 Pressure from High-Rise Buildings
If a house in an urban area is situated behind a high-rise building, especially one significantly taller than your own, it can trigger the "Sky Slash Sha." This layout can make residents feel oppressed and might lead to sudden setbacks in work or life. Everything from business deals falling through to company closures could be the result of the Sky Slash Sha, making it difficult for fortune to recover.如If you're buying or renting a house in an urban area, be careful! These four major Feng Shui taboos should be cautiously considered whether you are buying or renting a property. If you are already in such a location and experiencing health issues, interpersonal conflicts, or career setbacks, it might be worth checking if Feng Shui is the cause. Adjusting the Feng Shui layout may bring about a positive change for you.
