Taiwan Centers of Disease Control (CDC) advises migrant workers to pay attention to preventative measures against dengue fever in order to lessen the effect of dengue fever to Taiwan from abroad. The anti-mosquito precautions include wearing light-colored clothes with long sleeves, preventing mosquito bites, and establishing good hygiene practices like avoiding raw meat consumption and frequent hand washing with soap.
