A recent excursion with the topic "Legend of the Dragon" that mixes aspects of religion, history, and environment was conducted at Tainan Longtian Culture Heritage Area, and it was open to foreign students from National Cheng Kung University. Among them, the Tainan Madou Daitianfu 18th Floor Hell left an especially lasting impression on them.

According to Tainan Longtian Culture Heritage Area, the itinerary for this trip includes visiting the Madou Daitianfu 18th Floor Hell, eating bowls of Savory rice pudding and Brown Sugar Bun Cake ice cream in the Japanese-style building at the Tsung-Yeh Art and Cultural Center, experiencing the Big Channel Chianan Irrigation Landscape Theater and then visiting the Wushantou Reservoir to learn about Hatta Yoichi's history of building the reservoir.

The foreign students at National Cheng Kung University claimed that when they first saw the temple with the subject of heaven and hell, they were completely taken aback. They learned during the trip's guided tour that the Wushantou Reservoir is also a valuable cultural resource in Tainan.

According to the Culture Affairs Bureau. Tainan City Government, today's cultural assets are a result of historical demands, and as such, their preservation depends on local awareness, ongoing usage, and upkeep. Tainan's municipal administration will continue to advance international exchanges since the city has a wealth and diversity of cultural treasures.
