There are two things not to do in public areas: do not take off your mask and do not touch your nose, mouth, and eyes. Make mask a normal part of being around other people. Wearing a medical mask can help limit the spread of some respiratory diseases. Put the mask over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin.

Also, to help prevent infections, keep your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth. Your hands can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose, or mouth. From there, the virus can enter your body and infect you.
