The Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government assisted non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in old house renovation, setting up a community service point for new immigrants in Mituo District. It is believed that the new service point will provide better care for new immigrants residing in this place.

On the opening day, the parent-child dance group performed the traditional dance from Sumatra that symbolizes the joy of harvest season.
