Patricia (呂曉清) and Abby (呂曉倩), two new second-generation immigrants, left the Philippines as young girls and moved to Taiwan. The two were both quite busy with their jobs and studies, and they also founded the "LU XIAO XIAO Band" (呂曉曉樂團) to perform in several locations. Their musical compositions integrate cultural elements much like their upbringing did. Both want to increase interactions between Taiwan and the Philippines and expand their own influence.

The two girls' father is a Filipino Chinese; therefore, they have grown up speaking Chinese, English, and Filipino well. They have flexibility and an open mind because of their global upbringing. The two sisters have always been captivated by Western classic hits, Chinese pop music, Filipino jazz and folk songs, etc. since their parents like listening to them. When they performed as a group, they also displayed a range of musical genres.

Previously employed by the New Taipei City Government's Labor Affairs Department was Abby (呂曉倩). She used her fluency in the language to assist Filipino workers in Taiwan with labor conflicts. Abby is presently a broadcast host in Filipino. She claimed that she was able to make acquaintances and try to reach a variety of realms thanks to her proficiency in the language. Patricia (呂曉清) stated that she intends to utilize her influence in the future to help more people see the distinctions between other cultures and how the world functions more clearly.
