The Taiwan Tourism National Team will collaborate with local governments, travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other businesses and performance organizations to host three B2B Taiwan tourist promotion meetings in Vancouver, Los Angeles, and New York, the Tourism Administration noted. The emphasis on tourism encourages company executives to visit Taiwan and experience more authentic Taiwanese food firsthand.

According to the head of the Tourism Administration's International Affairs Division, North American visitors are very interested in natural ecology and humanities in addition to enjoying Taiwanese cuisine. The volume of North American route traffic at Taoyuan International Airport has also increased to 80% of pre-epidemic levels.
