All cash collection methods related to the universal cash of NT$6,000 have now begun to accept registration and cash collection and will be deposit in batches from April 6th. Starting from April 10th, those who choose cash collection at ATM can enter the ID card or residence card number, and the health insurance card number to get it at the designated bank ATM with the 6000 logo sticker. If you choose cash collection at post office you can get your ID card (residence permit) and health insurance card ready at the bank counter on April 17. It should be noted that, except for those who choose “direct deposit" and "Household Certificate registration", the deadlines for registration of cash collection methods are October 31.

The deadline for signing up to get universal cash of NT$6,000 of “registration for deposit,” “cash collection at ATM,” and “cash collection at post office” is October 31. Those who select "registration for deposit" among them do not have to register starting on March 27 with the end of the ID card number. They merely need to sign up on the official website by the deadline; starting on April 6th, they will be deposit in batches. It took two working days to deposit the money in the accounts of those who register after March 6.
Foreigners who have obtained an Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC), personnel from government agencies at all levels stationed abroad and their dependents with Taiwan citizenship, foreign spouses of Taiwan nationals from China, Hong Kong, Macau, and other countries, including foreign spouses with an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), among other groups, have the same normal tax payment as Taiwanese people, newborns born in the fourth season of this year, can receive it before the end of January next year.

The Ministry of Digital Affairs also noted that parents frequently call 1988 hotline to seek how to assist children under the age of 13 in collecting NT$6,000 on their behalf. The Ministry of Digital Affairs states that children under the age of 13 only need to prepare their "health insurance card number," and the rest is taken care of by one of their parents or legal guardians' identity documents, such as their ID card or residence card number, bank routing number, bank account number, health insurance card, etc. Infants born between October and December of this year are eligible to receive NT$6,000 in cash by January 31 of the next year.

The Ministry of Finance claims to have found a fake website that looks just like legitimate website. Thus, the Ministry of Finance would want to remind the general public that the registration website for the NT$6,000 universal cash for all is located at "https://6000.gov.tw," and the publicity website is located at "https://pro.6000.gov.tw." The government won't phone individuals to ask them to transfer money to ATMs or use internet banking, much less use text messages or emails to remind them to collect money or log in. To avoid being scammed, the public is urged to report and confirm any strange websites or communications by calling the 165 anti-fraud hotline right away.
