The "New Immigrants Learning Center" of Jincheng Junior High School (KCJH, 金城國中) in Jinmen County provides counseling for new immigrant mothers to apply for “New Immigrants and their children Training Scholarship Program" subsidy. With a total of 14 winners receiving NTD5,000.

The learning center reminds new immigrants applying for the scholarship certification must hold the certificate for 3 years. Each person can apply 3 times. The acceptance period is February of every year.
