With the help of international volunteers and students from the Department of Child Care and Education, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology took on the project (新南向學海築夢) for the Ministry of Education, boosting the international exchange between Indian teachers and Taiwanese students at the Indonesian Happy School and Bangka Happy School while also providing Chinese teaching services and sharing Chinese culture.

The international volunteers who visited the Bangka Happiness School said that the students would give them warm hugs after their Chinese lessons and that the principal and instructors would assist them in adjusting to their new surroundings. The volunteers were able to learn more about Bangga culture thanks to the regional specialties.

The students of Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology was invited to give teacher training for the instructors at Bangka Happy School in addition to directing students to local Chinese language instruction. They also shared Taiwanese culture and offered advice on studying abroad to graduating students.
