According to the "4wayvoice", with the start of literacy classes in Chinese for new residents at Zhongzheng Elementary School (中正國小), Hsinchu County, National Immigration Agency (Hsinchu City Service Station) entered the campus to promote the importance of African Swine Fever (ASF) prevention in multiple languages. The details of quintuple stimulus vouchers and extra-bonus vouchers are introduced as well, encouraging the new residents to collect the vouchers to boost Taiwan's economy.

The Immigration Counseling team explained in detail the ways to bind, pre-order and pick up the quintuple stimulus vouchers. At the same time, it also promoted the importance of ASF prevention in multiple languages, reminding students not to carry pork or meat when entering and leaving the country to avoid fines.

Xiao Hong (小紅), a new Vietnamese resident who just came to Taiwan this year, asked if she will miss the chance to get quintuple stimulus vouchers because she has not obtained a health insurance card (NHI Card) for pre-ordering vouchers at the convenience stores. The service station staff explained on the spot, "The current reservation system for f quintuple stimulus vouchers requires the use of an NHI Card. Hence, it is recommended that you can register after getting NHI Card or you can bring your Alien Resident Certificate directly to the post office to collect it after November 1. "

Huang Qing Qin (黃清欽), the director of the Hsinchu City Service Station, said “I would like to remind everyone that except for Taiwan citizens born before April 30, 2022, others including the foreign spouses, foreigners holding permanent residence, and diplomats are also eligible. In addition, to implement relevant epidemic prevention measures during classes, new residents are also called on to fight against ASF and protect Taiwan together.
