According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, it is critical for celebrities to have blemish-free skin. Maxene Magalona, an actress and yoga instructor, is fully aware of this.

According to her Instagram page today, Jan. 9, the "Viral Scandal" actress entered 2022 with "clarity and care," sharing a unique list of New Year's resolutions that aid in achieving good skin.

For Magalona, the first stage is to fully "accept and embrace" oneself, "so that I may always feel at ease in my own flesh."

"I shot this photo right now without applying any makeup, without using any filters, and without retouching it to make it look better." "This is who I am at my core, and I prefer to honor my authenticity by simply being myself," she stated.

Second, Magalona provides her skin "the necessary tender loving care that it deserves" by receiving facials, following a home skincare routine, and utilizing skin-healthy products.

"This isn't about appearances," she stated emphatically. "This is how I treat my skin with reverence and regard it as a sacred component of my identity."

Third, Magalona consumes a large amount of water on a daily basis. It keeps her hydrated, resulting in a natural glow to her skin. She also consumes a lot of fruits and veggies while consuming less junk food.

"You are what you eat," she explained, "so I simply want to keep being vegan and eating nutritious stuff."
