The General Association of Chinese Culture (GACC) of Taiwan extended an invitation to the Japanese dance group Avantgardey to perform at some of the country's most popular tourist destinations. In the few days after it was released, the video had received over 10 million views.

The Osaka Prefectural Tomioka High School's dance department consultant, Akane, established Avantgardey. Avantgardey was invited as the only international performance group for the 2024 Spring Festival special program (WE ARE我們的除夕夜), which was organized by GACC.

Early on the 15th, in the evening, Avantgardey reached Taiwan. The troupe set a goal to finish the program recording in 48 hours, which it accomplished on the evening of the 18th in less than 4 days. The program specifically organizes for Avantgardey, that are highly popular on the Internet, to dance in famous locations in northern Taiwan, such the National Taiwan Museum, Ximending, Dadaocheng's Dihua Street, etc.
