Why is Japan not so flexible? Kinoshita Junichi(在台日本作家木下諄一) believes that Japanese people do not accept all customer request because it is inconvenient and inefficient. He stated that service in Taiwan is more flexible and user-friendly but still very efficient as compared to the "strict" ways of the Japanese. Kinoshita Junichi(在台日本作家木下諄一) says that Taiwan's flexibility is one of the things he loves about living in Taiwan and also one of the reasons why he chose to stay here.
