The trend of late marriages and rising endometrial cancer rates has significantly increased the risk for childless women. Clinical evidence shows that conservative treatment can preserve fertility, allowing for aggressive treatment to prevent recurrence after childbearing. Early diagnosis enhances cure rates, with the best standard treatment involving a total hysterectomy. Considering late marriages and the need for some patients to retain fertility, Chi Mei Hospital has developed fertility-preserving treatment strategies, including hormone therapy, egg freezing, and IVF, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.
