If you registered in advance on your mobile device or online for the luggage check-in process, you may also select "self-service luggage check-in" once you get to the airport once check-in is complete. Finally, you can utilize the e-Gate service to swiftly clear customs before traveling abroad. You can utilize the e-Gate service if you are a Taiwanese citizen above the age of 12 and have a height of at least 140 cm, or if you are a foreigner having an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC). The registration process may be completed immediately, and customs clearance can be finished swiftly, thanks to the technologies of face scanning and fingerprinting. No prior application is required, and once registered, you are covered for life.
