The 2023 Yuguang Island Art Festival, starts from March 24th to April 16th. The "112 Years Power of Women" (新女力創業加速器計畫) is to support opportunities for new immigrant women to launch businesses and to provide start-up capital subsidies in accordance with proposal needs. The plan must only accept applicants who have begun or plan to start a business, new immigrant women who are over 45 without regard to nationality and qualified for second jobs at middle and senior ages, as requirements for the trainees they will be hiring. Also, new immigrant women who are not engaging in the workforce for more than two years owing to family factors are included.

- 2023 Penghu International Fireworks Festival works with Disney begin on April 20
The "2023 Penghu International Fireworks Festival" for this year will begin on April 20 and run until June 29. - An overstaying Indonesian couple self-report and return hometown for Ramadan
An Indonesian Muslim couple overstayed in Taiwan went self-report. The couple’s two children live in Indonesia. The woman's father just suffered a stroke, and Ramadan was approaching. The two missed their hometown, so they made the decision to self-report at NIA Miaoli County Service Center.
