Liu Ping-han (劉平漢), a new immigrant from Nepal, has been making cloth bags for his family for many years for a variety of uses since he is skilled at making them with Nepalese qualities. His two daughters Liu Zi-an (劉子安) and Su Cong-xuan (蘇璁璿) were able to promote Nepalese handmade cloth bags using the idea of "regeneration" as a result. The "Dream-Building Project for New Immigrants and Their Children" of the National Immigration Agency also helped the two sisters come to this realization.

Liu Zi-an (劉子安) and Su Cong-xuan (蘇璁璿) previously claimed in a media interview that their father manufactured all of their schoolbags, pencil boxes, and work bags. Even children utilize the bags as they grow into adults. So when Liu Zi-an (劉子安) read about the National Immigration Agency's "Dream-Building Project for New Immigrants and Their Children," she thought of asking her father to make some cloth bags so they could work together on this project of promoting Nepalese handmade cloth bags.

According to Liu Zi-an (劉子安), her father's cloth bags may boost people's confidence and pleasure. She cited the example of her retired mother who discovered her life's joy once again after sharing her father's works with others. She highlighted how the family's unity was furthered by her father's Nepalese cloth bags.
