According to The Straits Times, SingPost is celebrating the forthcoming Chinese Year of the Tiger by releasing a collection of stamps depicting pictures of the animal on Friday (January 7).
The set, created by animator and illustrator Lim An-ling, will be available for purchase at all post offices, philatelic stores, and counters, as well as online at this website.

Ms Lim, who has been designing stamps for SingPost since 2013, was also responsible for the 2019 Singapore Bicentennial sets, which included major milestones such as the British arrival, independence, and a vision of the future.

Each stamp set comes in two denominations: $1.40 and 1st Local (30 cents).
At $3.10 each, pre-cancelled first day covers with the entire set of stamps affixed and cancelled with a special zodiac tiger postmark are available.
Collector's sheets featuring commemorative $10 stamps are available for $18.80 each. The sheets will be supplied in a folder with eight red packets, with a pattern inspired by the Chinese practice of paper-cutting.

Designer Andy Koh, who has been dealing with stamp issues since 2000, created the sheet.
A diagonal ornamental stamp housed in a frame and a series of MyStamp tiger-themed products are among the other SingPost items for sale.
