To increase the vaccination rate, Changhua County Public Health Bureau (彰化縣衛生局) have set up vaccination sites in 6 different branches of PX Mart and a Carrefour Taiwan store, including Yongjing Xinxing (永靖新興) Store, Beidou Douzhong (北斗斗中) Store, Yuanlin (員林) Store, Shetou Zhongshan (社頭中山) Store, Hua Tan Xue Qian (花壇學前) Store, Changhua Yanping (彰化延平店) Store and Carrefour Taiwan in Changhua.

Mayor of Changhua County, Wang Hui Mei (王惠美), has visited and checked the vaccination stations at Yongjing Xinxing store and Carrefour Taiwan in Changhua. In addition, more types of vaccines are provided in Changhua Station.

There were interpreters from the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam to help and encourage foreign nationals to get vaccinated with peace of mind. The “Carefree Covid-19 Vaccination Program” promoted by National Immigration Agency (NIA) adopts four principles, “won’t be reported”, “won’t be seized”, “won’t be charged for any fee”, “won’t be banned” and it will last until January 31, 2022.

Based on the currently approved practices in other countries and Taiwan's ACIP vaccination recommendations, the booster dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is 50 micrograms (for the current vaccine vial, the volume of a booster shot is 0.25 ml).
