The director of Wenhua Police Station Li Zhi Qing says, the investigation team planned to meet up with the suspects at the end of March. The two suspects were caught red-handed, the team found a stolen pink electric bicycle. And the thieves were caught by the police officers.

The pink electric bicycle belonged to a female migrant worker named Mei. When the police informed Mei to come and get her electric bicycle, she thought it was a scam at first. She is grateful for the help from the police officers and happy that she can now ride the electric bicycle to work again.
