OCAC launches online Mandarin Speaking Contest for overseas students

Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) will launch the second annual Global Overseas student Mandarin Speaking Contest (全球僑校學生及僑生華語口說爭霸賽) from April 28 to May 31. The contest aims to provide a platform for overseas students, whether studying abroad or in Taiwan, to show their Mandarin learning results. Pingtung County Government tourism short film receives JWTFF award

Pingtung County Government released an annual tourism short film named “Pingtung, Always One Celsius Warmer”(屏東,總是多一度).
