Starring Joaquin Phoenix reprising his role as the iconic Joker and Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn, the film captivated audiences with their powerful performances. *Joker: Folie à Deux* is a continuation of the 2019 *Joker* directed by Todd Phillips, which garnered 11 Oscar nominations, including Best Picture, making it the first DC Comics film to achieve this. Set two years after the events of *Joker*, the sequel introduces Lady Gaga and new musical elements to the storyline. According to the official synopsis, Arthur Fleck, portrayed by Phoenix, becomes a patient at Arkham State Hospital and falls in love with music therapist Lee (played by Gaga). As they descend into musical madness through shared delusions, Arthur’s followers launch a movement to free him. The film, also starring Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, and Zazie Beetz, is set to premiere in theaters on October 4, courtesy of Warner Bros.
