From August to October 2023, Taoyuan will host the "2023 Hakka Expo" in collaboration with Taiwan Inbound Tourism Association (TITA). Additionally, three business-to-business marketing briefing sessions will be held at the same time for international tour operators. The Hakka Expo will feature nearly 100 businesses, according to the mayor of Taoyuan, who encourages the global tourism sector to incorporate it into Taiwan's tourism offerings so that foreign visitors can learn more about Hakka culture and appreciate Taiwan's natural beauty.

The "2023 Hakka Expo" is a forum for interchange that will highlight the many facets of Hakka culture. The Hakka Affairs Council and the Taoyuan City Government are the hosts. There are several exhibition spaces dispersed around Taoyuan. Different routes connect various exhibition halls in series, including connections for transportation, lodging, and other planning.

The Taoyuan City Government and the TITA hope to inform international tourism operators about the significance and allure of the "2023 Hakka Expo" and to provide information about the exhibition hall and event details so that more visitors from abroad can participate in. It is a chance to immerse oneself in Taiwan's vibrant Hakka culture. Additionally, it is hoped that by interacting with international tour operators, the Taoyuan City Government will be better able to comprehend the requirements and preferences of various markets and enhance upcoming tourism products and marketing initiatives.

The participants in the tourist sector who attended the corporate briefing, according to the mayor of Taoyuan, gave positive feedback and showed great interest in the Hakka Expo.
