The Northeast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area Administration has scheduled four concerts (草地浪花音樂會) for Fulong this summer. The events incorporate a market, an art village (星空藝術村), and a picnic with a local specialties. Visitors may check out the "Disney Centennial Celebration Sand Sculpture Exhibition" while taking in some music and delectable cuisine. The first two concerts have already concluded recently. For those who were unable to attend, there will be two further concerts in August on August 5th and 6th.

The performance was moved to the afternoon this year by the organizer. Along with enjoying musical performances, there are a variety of market activities. Additionally, complimentary limited afternoon tea snack boxes produced with local ingredients will be given out before each concert (register online in advance).
