The Bureau of Consular Affairs, MOFA, noted that the passport comprises 51 pages in total, none of which may be missing or damaged by the individual. If the passport is damaged, the validity time will be restricted to less than three years and will be increased to more than two months when it is renewed.

People are urged to thoroughly check their passports for damage in addition to renewing those that have expired. If there is any damage, it will be considered as possible illegal intent and will be subject to strict inspection.
