On the 25th, the New Taipei City Department of Tourism and Travel held a press conference for the launch of the "2024 New Taipei Christmasland." This year’s event introduces 8 major highlights and a series of themed activities under the "Magical City" concept. New Taipei City Mayor Hou You-Yi and other guests appeared in festive costumes, announcing the grand opening on November 15 (Friday). The event will run for 48 days, transforming the city into a magical wonderland. Everyone is warmly invited to join the festivities.

Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Christmas Highlights

Xinyi Place
This year, the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Christmas tree at Xinyi Place features a dazzling light show cast on a white snowball-shaped tree, resembling colorful snowflake ice! The venue also offers dreamy sound and light shows, snowflake decorations, and interactive events such as a photo booth, ticket raffles, and meet-and-greets with Santa Claus. Don’t miss it!

Taipei Nanxi Store
At Taipei Nanxi Store, the "Super Mario" theme continues from its anniversary celebration. A "Super Mario Fantasy Mushroom Christmas Tree" has been installed, along with a "City Stamps Adventure" activity. Collect stamp cards from various stores for a chance to win an "iPhone 16 Pro Max"!

Taoyuan Station Front Store
This year, Taoyuan Station Front Store features an adorable mini Christmas tree. From November 22 (Friday) to December 25 (Wednesday), visitors can take photos with the "Mysterious Nordic Christmas Village." Taichung Zhonggang Store
The Taichung Zhonggang Store presents a "Silver Frost Wonderland" Christmas theme this year. The centerpiece is a dreamlike "Northern Lights Crystal Ball," surrounded by a forest of snowflakes. Visitors can also enjoy the "Brilliant Snowy Light Corridor," featuring thousands of LED lights that create a stunning icy blue tunnel. During the event, over 100 snow show performances will enhance the magical atmosphere.

Tainan Ximen Store
The Tainan Ximen Store celebrates Christmas with the theme "Silver Elfin Forest: A Dreamy Snowland." The central "Tree of Hope," a 12-meter tall Christmas tree, lights up the area, surrounded by festive sleighs and mini Christmas trees, creating a fairytale-like Christmas scene.

SKM Park Outlets, Kaohsiung Caoya
SKM Park Outlets in Kaohsiung Caoya has created a Christmas village featuring 6 must-visit photo spots, including a giant Christmas tree, angelic light decorations, and a dreamy snowflake music show. Pingtung Fairytale Christmas Village

The 2024 Pingtung Christmas Festival will light up on November 23. This year’s theme is "European Fairytales," featuring dual main light displays, 18 large light installations, 6 themed events, and weekend snow shows. Pingtung Park has been transformed into "Southern Taiwan’s Largest Fairytale World." For the first time, the lighting installations extend to Pingtung Train Station and nearby roads, creating a vibrant Christmas atmosphere throughout the city. The event runs until New Year’s Day, inviting everyone to visit and capture stunning holiday photos.
