New immigrants in Taiwan frequently encounter difficulties for the incomprehension of Chinese conditions on the contract when purchase extra financial or insurance products or when trying to use their insurance or claim rights. Recently, an insurance provider partnered with the "New Residents Family Growth Association" to offer multilingual translation services in Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, and Filipino. This was done to better serve the needs of new immigrants in terms of insurance policy consultation, premium payment, and claim application, as well as to create a more welcoming financial environment.

According to the insurance company's survey, new immigrants are better at listening and speaking than Chinese reading and writing skills. New immigrants can directly call the free line provided by the insurance company and use the interpretation of multi-national interpreters when they run into related issues to know their rights.

In order to create a more welcoming and equal service environment in Taiwanese society, the insurance company will continue to enhance friendly financial services for unprivileged groups, including providing Braille version insurance briefings for the visually impaired and providing sign language interpretation services for the hearing-impaired.
