By the end of 2022, there will be more than 570,000 foreign spouses living in Taiwan, according to official figures. However, it is difficult for new immigrants to live in Taiwan due to linguistic and cultural obstacles, as well as a lack of knowledge with the country's regulations. New Residents Family Growth Association (新住民家庭成長協會) is now developing. Through the association, new immigrants are encouraged to use the free legal consultation services for new immigrants.

Lawyer (王如禎) will offer free legal consultation services in honor of the New Residents Family Growth Association 's 12th anniversary of founding. Fill out the form to schedule an appointment if you are new immigrants, and schedule an appointment every Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The New Residents Family Growth Association (新住民家庭成長協會) also stated that only new immigrants or members of their families may apply for free legal consultation services, and that each appointment can last no more than 30 minutes.

The association's secretary-general advises everyone to consider their queries carefully before gathering all pertinent information and documentation. Since various identities will be subject to different rules and regulations, new immigrants are also advised to prepare their passports and residency cards.

The appointment form and precautionary papers on the Facebook page of the New Residents Family Growth Association are also accessible there in Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, and Filipino in addition to the Chinese version. The association also employs qualified interpreters to assist new immigrants.
