The National Day preparatory committee announced that starting at 23:00 on September 25, various traffic control measures, such as night marking and line drawing operations, will be implemented gradually in the area around the Office of the President in order to coordinate with the various celebrations of this year's National Day Convention. As a result, the committee requests the public to pay attention to diversions and traffic control-related information.

The National Day preparatory committee reported that from 0:00 on October 5 to 6:00 on October 11, Ketagalan Boulevard (from Chongqing South Road to Huaining Street) will be under strict vehicle control, but only for the duration of the projection sculpture show in front of the Office of the President. Personnel will not be subject to this control.

From October 6 to October 10 from 19:00 to 21:30 on each day is when the light sculpture show will take place. The general public is welcome to attend and enjoy it.

Additionally, on October 7 from 11:00 to 17:00, vehicle control will be in effect in the neighborhood due to the National Day Convention rehearsal beginning in front of the Office of the President.

Two-phase traffic restriction will be in place outside the Office of the President on October 10, National Day. From 22:00 on October 9 to 13:00 on October 10, persons and vehicles will be under control in the central area during the first phase. The second phase will involve the implementation of vehicle control in the surrounding regions on October 10 from 00:00 to 13:00.

The National Day preparatory committee further emphasized that the flag-raising ceremony on National Day will not be open to the public as usual. The National Day website has information on traffic control related to this event. In order to reduce disruption from traffic, those who have been invited to the ceremony are also urged to arrive via public transit as much as possible.
