  • The "Migrant Workers Multicultural Drama Tour Promotion" of New Taipei City began in 25 elementary schools

The "Migrant Workers Multicultural Drama Tour Promotion" (移工多元文化戲劇巡迴宣導) began in New Taipei City on September 17.  With Six Arts Theater, the city’s Labor Affairs Department will once more present the play "New City Wandering" (新城漫遊)  this year. Ten community performances are planned, along with a tour that will visit 25 elementary schools, with the aim of bringing the public about the cultures and traditions of the migrant workers' native countries.

  • The three ethnic groups can now recruit foreign caretakers without undergoing Barthel Index evaluation, said the MOHW

The Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Labor invited medical and long-term care experts and NGOs to hold a meeting and decided to expand the relaxation to use long-term care services for more than six months.

Those diagnosed by a specialist with dementia assessment scale mild or above, physical disabilities and all three major categories, including rare diseases, will benefit 600,000 people and are expected to be implemented with immediate effect.

and a chance to win air tickets to Japan has been expanded from 6 days to 9 days to mark its ninth anniversary. The event will take place between October 13 and October 21. There are 121 short films and 12 full-length movies included, including 21 Taiwanese animations.

For five years, NSTC has pushed TTA, assisting new startup teams to raise more than NT$24 billion. Taiwan Tech Arena (TTA), which hosted a two-day international conference and XYZ symposium, is celebrating its fifth anniversary this year.

According to the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), TTA has successfully attracted the top chip startups and innovations from around the world traveled to Taiwan for development over the past five years by introducing 10 international accelerators, nurturing more than 700 new startup teams and helping them raise more than NT$24 billion.
